| Prepare a roll up station with rice paper rounds (found in Asian section of grocery stores) leaves of Four Seasons lettuce, fresh sprouts, leaves of fresh mint and Thai basil, and a variety of steamed vegetables cut into bite size pieces.
|
| Briefly soak rice paper rounds one at a time in warm water, remove to a flat surface and layer with a leaf of Four Seasons lettuce, sprouts, fresh herb leaves and vegetables. Roll into a wrap and place inside another leaf of Four Season lettuce to serve with oriental dipping sauce.
