Green Goddess Dressing
A healthy variation on the traditional green goddess dressing, the light green color looks great over a variety of Fall and Winter lettuce greens.

Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup plain yogurt in a blender. Add 1 tbsp tarragon vinegar, 2 tbsp each chopped parsley, chives and tarragon and 1 minced garlic clove. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over bowl of freshly harvested Fall and Winter Mix lettuce.
