These unique white (creamy, ivory green, to be precise) cucumbers exhibit the clean crunch and grassy perfume of the cucurbit family. Toss the whitish-green slices into a salad, with oil and vinegar, for instant refreshment. Ideal for pickling, the thin skin and pure flavor absorb the fragrance when packed with pickling spice and dill. You can pick them plump up to 5-6" x 1-2".
