Description
Similar to the regular form of cultivated green purslane, but it is much more upright, and with much larger leaves which have a golden cast. Texture is succulent, with a mildly acerbic flavor. Recently found to contain high amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are thought to help lower the risk of heart disease, arthritis and cancer!
