Description
(55 days) Everyone we know who tries this squash just loves it. The vines attach themselves easily to a trellis with netting or fence. With a long neck and bulbous end, the fruits are filled with firm flesh. A very small seed cavity is contained in the bulb, making it easy to cut squash lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and stuff the cavity and roast. Delicious!
