Mint, Peppermint

Peppermint iced tea, hot tea, on lamb, just to name a few. Lesser known uses include the calming of indigestion and a pungent concentration of oils strong enough to relieve minor sinus discomfort. As a general rule the mentha family is best grown in containers as it's known to root vigorously when allowed to grow freely.
