Roasted Garlic Dressing
The sweet flavor of roasted garlic blended with traditional vinaigrette allows the Looseleaf Blend lettuce to shine.

Wrap 2 heads of garlic in foil and bake in a 400° oven for 45 minutes to an hour, until soft. Unwrap, and cut the top of the garlic head with scissors and gently squeeze out the soft, roasted garlic interior. Blend with 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup sherry vinegar, 2 tbsp lime juice. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spoon over bowl of the Looseleaf Blend lettuce to taste.
