![]() | Sweet Roasted Scallions Preheat oven to 400°. Slice a dozen bunching scallions into 1/2" slices and toss with 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary. Place in a baking dish with a few tbsp water, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
