In Britain, arugula is called “rocket.” Well, this rocket variety is ready for takeoff. ‘Wildfire’ infuses salads with a great big spicy kick. We like to puree the leaves for a spicy green sauce, or use them to add pizzazz to a pizza. The fire is tamed by lightly sautéeing the leaves in a little oil with garlic, creating a piquant side dish for fish or fowl.
