Snap Bean Seeds

Great for salads, steaming and freezing.  Snap beans are the familiar crunchy, stringless beans that snap when bent, hence the name.  Harvest just as the pods begin to swell for best flavor and texture.  Purple varieties turn green after two minutes of steaming - a built in clock that tells you when they've been blanched enough for freezing.  Snap beans are one of the easiest and most fun vegetables to grow.
