Cardoon Seeds

Cardoon is a strikingly beautiful plant reaching 4-5' tall. Blanched stems are tasty raw or cooked and topped with Parmesan or Gruyere cheese. Cardoon is a traditional dipping vegetable for the Italian 'bagna cauda,' a hot garlic and anchovy sauce.
