Eggplant, Fingerling Mix

We chose the best tasting fingerling eggplants in green, purple, and white for this beautiful blend. Each 5-7 inch fruit has smooth, thin skin, very few seeds, and a non-bitter taste ideal for slicing in half and grilling or roasting and topping with homemade tomato sauce. Vigorous, upright plants produce high yields beginning early summer.
