Just a touch of our Cook's Tangy Mix will liven up a salad of milder greens, or if you have an adventurous palate, enjoy it on its own with a creamy dressing. Best adapted to cool weather, but it can be kept going into the dog days of summer by frequent planting and prompt, once-over harvest. Shade and water also help.
