Hard to find but easy to grow; this premiere strain of cilantro is much more heat resistant than older selections and will hold at the broadleaf stage much longer. Sow in succession from mid-spring until late summer for a continuous harvest until frost. Also known as coriander when grown for its seed, this strong-flavored green is an essential component in many Latin and Asian dishes.
